Our intentions for Wuf Shanti are: (1) to teach kids to live in peace & gratitude, spread kindness, let go of stress, & deal with emotions in better ways so they grow up to be less depressed and anxious teenagers and happier peace-loving adults, (2) to help kids learn to think positively every day because science tells us that yoga, meditation, & positive thinking can help the healing process, and (3) to reach kids when they are young so we can heal our planet.
Wuf Shanti's main mantras are the positive thinking mantra, "Think Well to Be Well", the kindness mantra, "Smile and the World Will Smile with You", & the gratitude mantra, "Smile and Say Thank You.”
