Created to eliminate the mystery kids face when it comes to their bodies, the Know Yourself Systems of the Body workbook series provides entertaining and educational tools that help children become masters of how their minds and bodies work – a process we call “health-literacy.”
This series teaches children about themselves from the inside out, setting a foundation for making healthy decisions, developing self-esteem and confidence, and understanding of who they are meant to be in this world.
