Handcrafted from certified organic ingredients and local raw honey, this syrup is kid approved! Created for my son when he was 1, I set out to not only make the best tasting elderberry syrup around, but the best and most affordable also! Erin’s Elderberries Elderberry Yummy syrup has become known in my area and others as the elderberry syrup kids beg for more of! And guess what, they can have more! There’s nothing stopping them!
Erin’s Elderberries is not a supplement company, but a food company, where I educate customers on the benefits of food for health and incorporating quality food into your daily routine. Use in any manner you like, this syrup is great on pancakes, on top of icecream, and makes a dreamy vinaigrette when mixed with EVOO and balsamic vinegar.
A foundation of my business has always been affordability. I want everyone to have access to this product and not have to choose between quality for their family or extra food in their pantry. So while this syrup may not have the price tag of other syrups, it has the highest quality ingredients possible, and is made with time and care by my own 2 hands in small batches. I use cold as my preservative, so that it is as pure as it can be, it does not have to be ultra heated to pasteurize or destroy beneficial properties of the elderberries or the raw honey. While this syrup has a shelf life of a year, I chose to put 3 months because research shows that without chemically added preservatives this is when cooked elderberries start to naturally loose their nutritive properties. While safe to consume for up to a year, I want my customers using it at the height of it's quality!
I did not set out to create a business, I set out to create something special for my son, and that love and attention to detail turned into a business organically, and here we are, 4 years later, getting rave reviews from littles and kids of all ages every day! It's been my honor to get to serve other families.
