The Reading Skill Set
Lovevery's Reading Skill Set is a phonics-based program that motivates children to read through play. It’s a 3-part system—focused on Pre-K through 2nd Grade skills— that makes learning to read approachable and fun for the parent, and engaging, motivating, and confidence-building for the child.
After 2 years of research and development, Lovevery created this one-of-a-kind program that combines the latest research from the science of reading and the best of Montessori. Each part thoughtfully incorporates play with phonics; offering a purposeful array of games and activities alongside relatable and engaging books. And it is all off-screen.
Along the way, young readers build confidence as they learn skills such as identifying letters and their most common sounds (in Part 1) all the way to understanding advanced rules and reading chapter books (in Part 3).
Plus, it’s designed to be easy for parents. With each part of The Reading Skill Set, parents receive a Play Guide and access to an online portal filled with information on the importance of each skill, game tutorials, and strategies for helping their child when they face challenges.
