Odonata The Flying Jewel of Maiden Grass Pond

Perched on a Cattail plant, Odonata watches as the other Dragonflies dart around in a fun game of tag. He wants more than anything to play with them, but whenever he flies over to join in, they ignore him. Why won't they let him play.? To make matters worse, a humongous dragonfly named Drago has been going out of his way to be cruel to the young dragonfly. Living on Maiden Grass Pond has not been going very well for Odonata. . .not until one rainy afternoon when everything changes.
Note from the Author: Odonata The Flying Jewel of Maiden Grass Pond is my first book and is relevant for children of all ages. My hope is that Odonata's story will show that kindness is a much better alternative to bullying, as it encourages discussions among children and adults about the importance of understanding and accepting each other's differences.
